Hello friends! I was born in Shanghai, China, and have made the Midwest my home for many years. Throughout this time, I’ve traveled across oceans for family reunions, vacations, and business—a true privilege. Driven by passion and curiosity, I’ve immersed myself in diverse cultures, learning about the rich histories and daily lives of people across the globe—experiences that have humbled me in the best way. These travels sparked an idea: what if I could combine my passion for travel with my expertise and turn it into a career? How incredible would that be?
At one of our family gatherings, my sister-in-law said, “You’re so great at planning trips for yourself and the family, and you’ve been everywhere—why not help me plan my next trip?” Her suggestion really got me thinking. After a series of events in my professional life, I realized it was time for a change. So, I’m taking a leap of faith and stepping into this exciting new venture.
My mission is to help people who don’t have the time or resources to do extensive travel research—giving them the chance to explore the world in ways they never imagined!
A few things about my past journeys :
a) One of the beautiful places I’ve visited:
Assisi, Italy.
b) A place I never expected to visit:
Brunei.
c) must-visit place when I travel:
a local bakery/pastry shop (if there’s one)!
d)The place I’m looking forward to visiting next:
anywhere in Japan.
e)What food impresses me the most?
Being from Asia, I’m naturally drawn to all kinds of Asian cuisine. But my favorite has to be indulging in street food at the vibrant night markets—there’s something special about the flavors and atmosphere!
f)Tip for first-time international travelers:
Take your melatonin to adjust to time differences, don’t over-schedule your arrival day and wear comfortable shoes—many international destinations aren't as accessible, so be prepared to walk.
